Details on how to obtain a copy of a demerit points and suspension history report in New Zealand. The document displays all of a drivers lost points and suspensions for the previous seven (7) years and is provided by the NZ Transport Agency.

You may obtain a copy of your own report or as a third party. If you are submitting an application as a third party you will require the licence holders signed authority to do so.

Applications can be made over the phone or by standard post. A fee is required with the request and the expected processing time is five (5) working days. If paying over the phone a credit card may be used. If using post a cheque or money order is required.
