Results return first and last names, age where available, service date and Cemetery. Each one can be selected to gain further details including section, plot number and record number. A plot locator is also provided for Makara Cemetery, and a section viewer for Karori and Volton Street Cemeteries.

Records date back to 1840 for Bolton Street, 1891 for Karori and 1965 for Makara Cemetery. The office holds records for over 150000 people who have been cremated or interred.
