The Companies Register is an online database provided by the New Zealand Companies Office. You can search the register for directors and shareholders, as well as those who have been disqualified.
A basic search is performed by name and type (Directors, Shareholders, Disqualified). Advanced options are also available including entity type and status. Entity types include NZ Limited Company, NZ Unlimited Company, NZ Co-operative Company, Overseas ASIC Company and Overseas Non-ASIC Company.
Results are returned as the shareholder, directors or entities name along with the company and position. Selecting the company name will take you through to the details page of the company which provides in-depth information. This includes a company summary, addresses, directors including a residential address, shareholders including addresses, and document filings.
