They do not include charges where there was no conviction, infringements and charges that have not yet been heard by a court.
To obtain your own criminal record you are required to complete a form and provide a copy of your ID. You may also apply for the full record which displays all concealed convictions.
To obtain a criminal conviction history on someone else requires their signed consent. You will need to complete a form and provide a copy of the person’s ID.
Records can take up to 20 working days to process.
